The inspection contents and testing standards of the battery aluminum strip are as follows:

1.Battery Aluminium Strip Packing：
a.clear identification, correct content, identifiable;
b.outer packing is not damaged, damp, no serious impact traces;
c.Identification of environmental hazardous substances on the outer Packing.

2.Battery Aluminium Strip Appearance:
Battery aluminum strip appearance color uniform, bright, clean, no oil, rust; strip should be smooth, trimming neat, no obvious burr, curling.



3.Battery Aluminium Strip Size:

0.20(±0.02)×55（±0.5）（Steel shell）
0.13（±0.02）×63（±0.5）（Aluminum shell）
0.10（±0.02）×63（±0.1）
The thickness tolerance of the cut aluminum strip is: + 0.02mm, and the width tolerance is: + 0.05mm

4.Battery Aluminium Strip Texture of material:
The aluminum strip material is as follows:
The aluminum strip of specification 0.1mm is pure aluminum in H22 state;
The aluminum strip of specification 0.13MM is H22 or 0 state pure aluminum;
Specification for 0.2mm aluminum strip into 0 states of pure aluminum; the content is more than 99%.

5.Battery Aluminium Strip Flexibility:
Aluminum strip flexibility is good, fold 6 times without fracture.

6.Battery Aluminium Strip Tensile strength:
The tensile strength is more than or equal to 80N/mm - Specification for 0.1mm aluminum strip;
The tensile strength is more than or equal to 80N/mm - Specification for 0.13MM aluminum strip;
The tensile strength of aluminium strip of specification 0.2mm is not required.

7.Battery Aluminium Strip Resistance:
Specification for 0.1mm resistance is no more than 3.0m;
Specification for 0.2mm resistance is no more than 1.8m;
Specification for 0.13MM resistance is no more than 2.5m;
